AMS status, printer status, and job lifecycle updates now land live instead of waiting on a refresh. Smart Queue checks filament condition — nozzle size, color, material type, and dryness — before it hands a printer any work. Stage 1 bed clearing is operator-supervised, with a preflight, notifications, and a history you can audit.
The fleet updates itself now
AMS, status, and job-lifecycle updates used to get dropped or delayed. They don't anymore. Job state loads from a snapshot and updates live, so a start, pause, or completion shows up without a manual refresh.
Rack-view cards now show an activity timer, and upload progress reflects real bytes moved. When a printer says it's printing, the screen agrees.
Smart Queue reads the filament before it assigns
Assignment now checks material condition and dryness — a wet or unverified spool won't get handed a job. Matching is nozzle-aware, including dual external spools, and you can filter printers by nozzle size, material type, and filament-color proximity.
When a decision looks wrong, open the decision-trace drawer and see why a printer was picked or passed over.
Bed clearing you can supervise
Stage 1 clearing is operator-supervised: a preflight built from the print's first-layer footprint, notifications, and a history of what ran.
Auto Bed Clear stays gated on real evidence and supervised motion safety — it releases on Bed Occupancy Verification (BOV) or an explicit operator override, not a guess.

Fixes
- Snapmaker U1 multi-color jobs no longer collapse onto one toolhead

- Hive Link reconnects more reliably after host loss, key rotation, and transient FTP failures
