Email hello@printhiv3d.com with your account email, organization name, a concise description, and the time the problem occurred. Include non-sensitive logs or screenshots when useful.

Protect sensitive information
Never send printer access codes, API keys, OAuth tokens, passwords, recovery codes, payment-card details, or private model files by email, Discord, or an agent conversation. Print Hive support will not ask for your password.
Security reports
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to hello@printhiv3d.com. Include reproduction details and avoid accessing data that is not yours, disrupting production, or publishing the issue before we can investigate.
