Print Hive
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Print Hive websites, applications, APIs, MCP server, agent plugins, HiveLink, and related services.
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, authorizing an integration, or using Print Hive, you agree to these terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and have authority to act for any organization you join or administer.
Automated workflows may assist with signup, but an account must remain owned by an accountable person or legal entity. Automation must not bypass email verification, CAPTCHA, billing authorization, recovery controls, or acceptance of these terms.
Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, authorized organization membership, and activity performed through your account. Organization owners and administrators control member roles, integrations, printer access, and connected agents.
Agent and MCP use
Connected agents act with the permissions you grant. Tool calls and actions initiated through your account are treated as your instructions. You are responsible for reviewing scopes, prompts, targets, confirmations, and results before allowing an agent to affect production resources.
Printer motion, heat, file deletion, print start or stop, inventory changes, and similar operations can have real-world consequences. Maintain appropriate human supervision, physical safety controls, and emergency procedures. Do not attempt to work around scope checks, confirmations, organization boundaries, or other safeguards.
Acceptable use
You may not use Print Hive to:
- violate law or the rights of another person;
- access an account, organization, printer, file, or system without authorization;
- introduce malware or disrupt, overload, probe, or evade service safeguards;
- share, resell, or expose credentials contrary to their intended scope;
- operate unsafe equipment or manufacture prohibited items; or
- misrepresent agent output as verified production state.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Print Hive a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit and use the content.
Print Hive software and services
Print Hive and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and improvements. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal operations.
Subscriptions
Paid features are billed according to the plan and billing period shown when you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes, usage limits, plan changes, and refunds are handled as described during checkout or in the applicable order.
Third-party services and equipment
Print Hive may interoperate with printer manufacturers, agent providers, payment processors, hosting services, and other third parties. Their products and terms are separate from ours. Print Hive does not manufacture your printers and is not responsible for equipment defects, unsafe installation, local network failures, or third-party service changes.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, security risk, illegal activity, material breach, or harm to users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Service changes and disclaimers
We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably practicable. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Hive disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Recommendations, compatibility results, telemetry, forecasts, and agent responses may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They do not replace operator judgment, equipment instructions, or required safety checks.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Hive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, production, or business interruption. Print Hive's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Print Hive for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised version and effective date here. Questions can be sent to hello@printhiv3d.com.
