Verify Hive Link is Running
If your host appears offline, first confirm that Hive Link is running on the machine that connects your printers. Follow the instructions for your platform below.
Windows
- Open Task Manager and check for a process named
Hive Link. - Alternatively, search Start Menu for "Hive Link" and launch it.
- If installed as a service, open Services and ensure the service is Running.
- Check logs in
%ProgramData%/HiveLink/logsfor recent activity.
Still offline?
- Verify the machine has internet access and can reach the Print Hive API.
- Ensure your organization and host are correctly registered in your dashboard.
- Restart Hive Link and try again.
